- Come back to this Sibspace Homepage and click on this link to the form that needs a parent or guardian to sign* and post it in. You must complete this step to be able to get permission to post in the forums.
*You only need to print Page 1 for completing, signing and sending in to the Freepost address on the form.
The form needs a parent or guardian’s signature because all siblings using the forum will be under 18 years of age. The information provided will help us check that new members qualify to join the forum.
